- Prohibited Items: No outside items are allowed in the smash rooms. Only items provided by The Smash Room may be used during a session.
Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the activities at The Smash Room. By participating, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.
- Waiver: Participants must sign a waiver before starting their session. This waiver releases The Smash Room from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the session.
- Damages: Participants agree to cover the cost of any damages to The Smash Room’s property caused by negligent or reckless behavior.
Bookings
- FareHarbor Bookings: All bookings for The Smash Room are managed through FareHarbor, our third-party booking partner.
- Booing Process: To book a session, visit our website and follow the book now button that will take you to FareHarbor. You will be able to view available dates and times, select your session, and complete the booking process.
Payments and Refunds
- Pricing: Prices for sessions and products are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session then it converts to vouchers.
Privacy
- Data Collection: The Smash Room collects personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Photography and Video: By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed by The Smash Room for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff before your session.
Code of Conduct
- Respect for Others: Participants must show respect to all staff members and other guests. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Substance Use: The use of alcohol or drugs before or during your session is strictly prohibited. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be denied entry without a refund.

- Supervision: Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for the minor’s safety and behavior.
- Parental Consent: Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for participants under the age of 18.
Session Rules and Guidelines
- Duration: Sessions are typically 30 minutes long. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and prepare.
- Behavior During Session: Participants must not throw items at walls or ceiling. All smashing should be directed towards the designated smash targets.
- Cleanup: The Smash Room staff will handle all cleanup. Participants should not attempt to clean up smashed items.
Children Participation
- Age Requirement: Children aged 5 and older are welcome to participate in smash sessions.
- Parental Supervision: Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the session. The parent or guardian can also participate in the session.
- Consent and Waiver: A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and sign a waiver on behalf of the child before participation.
- Safety Gear: Children must wear all required safety gear, including face shield, gloves, and coveralls, at all times during the session.
- Behavior: Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children follow all safety instructions and behave appropriately during the session.
- Health and Safety: Parents or guardians must inform staff of any relevant health conditions or concerns regarding their children before the session.
- Session Modifications: Smash sessions for children may be modified to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, including the selection of appropriate items for smashing and adjusted session lengths.
- Liability: The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the child’s safety and behavior during the session and agrees to indemnify The Smash Room from any claims resulting from the child's participation.
- Educational Component: The Smash Room may incorporate an educational component for children, teaching them about stress relief and the importance of safety.
- Group Bookings for Children: Special group sessions can be arranged for children’s parties or events, with additional staff and safety measures in place.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
- Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, The Smash Room may reschedule your session for a later date or provide a full refund.
- Notification: Participants will be notified as soon as possible if their session needs to be rescheduled.
Gift Vouchers
- Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed online or at our location for any available session. It cannot be merged with any other ongoing offers or promotions.
- Non-Transferable: Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Equipment and Items
- Items Provided: The Smash Room provides a variety of items to smash, including but not limited to glassware, electronics, and furniture. Specific items available may vary.
- Prohibited Items: Personal items or unauthorized items brought into the premises will not be allowed in the smash room.
- Clients can bring their own smashable items, old crockery, furniture, electronics etc under our “X Package”.
- Special Requests: Requests for specific items can be made in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
