One of the pillars of The Smash Room is freedom of expression in every way possible.

As part of their Movember movement, Fosca Gracia, the founder of Fosca Art & wellness coach Jack Heyworth the founder of Awkn, hosted their first smash and paint event having our walls as their canvas.

What we called "therapeutic smashing" ended up being an exceptionally fun experience for all.

The participants had no choice but to liberate their emotions, whether by screaming, breaking, writing, meditating, or painting.
