Originally, The Smash Room was conceived as a coping mechanism for everyday stress and life surprises.
At The Smash Room, every day is mental health day. For a fraction of clarity of mind, we help you vent your anger, unleash unprocessed emotions, and see if you can find the answer deep within.
We are partnering with Mindset & Well-Being Coach Ray, the founder and CEO ofRay's Your Mental Health, on October 14th to guide you on your mental health journey with a 1 hour mindfulness session including 10 glasses to smash and some snacks.
If you are between the age of 28 and 40 and dealing with career stress, life management, regrets, self-esteem, or daily overwhelming episodes. This event is for you! Unwind before the end of the year and start your mindfulness journey with a smash. We will be focusing on you and your today.
