Guess what we did for the second year in a row? We continued our tradition of Anti-Valentine's Day!
But this year, we decided to get a little artistic.
Fosca Garcia and Jack Heyworth hosted an awesome event that involved painting, screaming therapy, and, of course, a few whacks!
We kicked things off nice and easy with some painting sessions on the walls, and the Washing Machine which is soon to be a target for continuous hits.
After that, they went all out with the screaming therapy. Let me tell you, it was intense!
You had to yell as loud as you could in front of strangers who totally got you and wouldn't judge you for it.
It was like being part of an exclusive group, and it was liberating.
Then came the highlight of the night: the smash! They each got a tool and went to town on something we all love to hate.
You only had 10 hits, so you had to make them count. It was a stress-busting, adrenaline-pumping blast.
They finished the night by leaving their mark on our freedom wall. They all got to share a few words about how they were feeling after everything they'd been through.
It was a cathartic experience, and they all felt better about it.
Don't get us wrong, we're not anti-love. We're just a space where people can vent and share their experiences of being betrayed or hurt by toxic "love". So, on a day when everyone else seems to be celebrating their love lives, they got to spend it with people who get them, and that's what really matters.
Can't wait to do it all again next year!
